Salary: $172,800 - $259,200

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Regional Demand Center team across North America.
  • Translate global demand generation strategies into actionable, high-impact regional plans.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign orchestration across digital, paid media, and sales programs.
  • Align regional output with Sales priorities to accelerate pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Optimize marketing automation and CRM workflows to eliminate bottlenecks in the demand engine.
  • Establish feedback loops between regional teams and global demand generation leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10-12+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within technology organizations.
  • Proven leadership experience in demand generation, campaign operations, or marketing operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading a Regional Demand Center or centralized demand model.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms like Marketo and CRM systems like Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, AI, or cybersecurity environments.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) models.
  • Experience working within global, matrixed organizational structures.
