TL;DR

Sr. Regional Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving business growth across the West Coast region by building programs that generate pipeline and accelerate deals with an accent on sales alignment and revenue outcomes. Location: Remote (USA). Must be based in the Bay Area or open to regular travel within the West region.

Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own regional pipeline generation and acceleration with clear accountability for revenue goals and deal progression.
  • Build and execute focused programs to generate Stage 1 pipeline aligned to priority accounts.
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify pipeline gaps, prioritize accounts, and influence active opportunities.
  • Deliver targeted, high-value experiences, including executive engagements, field events, and ABX programs.
  • Adapt and deploy global campaigns with a regional perspective and optimize performance in real time.
  • Manage the regional budget with discipline to ensure investments are aligned to impact.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of B2B marketing experience, with strong ownership of field or regional marketing.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams and contributing directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Proven ability to operate independently and execute effectively in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong partnership skills with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with business needs.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and multi-channel execution.
  • Must be based in the Bay Area or open to regular travel within the West region.

  • Cybersecurity or enterprise technology industry experience.
  • Experience working with channel and partner marketing programs.
