What you will do
- Execute integrated field marketing programs for North America, focusing on the Mid-Market segment to generate qualified pipeline.
- Partner with sales leadership to align regional priorities and ensure pipeline conversion to revenue.
- Manage and optimize the field marketing budget to maximize results based on performance data.
- Plan and deliver field events and activate global engagement programs within the region.
- Collaborate with Channel Marketing to drive partner activation and co-marketing efforts.
- Manage and coach team members to support performance and delivery.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of B2B marketing experience in field, demand generation, or regional roles.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and impacting revenue outcomes.
- Experience in partner-led or channel-driven environments.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and automation tools (Asana, Stensul, Goldcast).
- Legal authorization to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
- Ability to travel 20–30%.
