What you will do

• Design, automate, and maintain cloud and on-prem application and web server infrastructure.
• Implement and manage middleware technologies and COTS software environments.
• Develop and deploy AI agents and agent-based automation solutions in production.
• Monitor system performance, perform capacity planning, and ensure security compliance.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to troubleshoot incidents and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in platform system administration or COTS support.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, cloud integration platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with observability tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, or Splunk.
• Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, Ansible, or Git.
• Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT) and database platforms (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
