What you will do

• Own and evolve GCP infrastructure including multi-cluster GKE, Terraform via Atlantis, and ArgoCD GitOps.
• Improve CI/CD pipeline reliability and developer tooling to increase release velocity.
• Manage production and development environments for workloads with high availability requirements.
• Build and maintain observability systems, dashboards, and alerting for proactive incident response.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to guide infrastructure design and deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Production Engineering, SRE, or Platform Engineering at a SaaS company.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience operating and scaling Kubernetes in production.
• 2+ years with IaC tools such as Terraform or Pulumi at scale.
• Experience managing production databases and queues (PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka).
• Strong fundamentals in monitoring and alerting systems.

Nice to have

• GCP experience.
• CKA certification or deep Kubernetes ecosystem knowledge (CNIs, service meshes, operators).
• Experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka at scale.
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows.
