Staff Site Reliability Engineer

TL;DR

Staff Site Reliability Engineer (Multi-Cloud SRE): Lead the evolution of infrastructure, reliability, and observability practices across AWS and GCP with an accent on CI/CD pipelines, IaC standards, and operational excellence. Focus on building scalable environments, Kubernetes operations, SLO frameworks, and incident response.

Location: 100% Remote - Anywhere within the US. Must be a permanent resident of the United States with continued residency required.

Salary: From $180,000 to $250,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, improve, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Establish reliable staging and development environments aligned with production
• Build observability practices including monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and SLO frameworks
• Partner with teams to support platform modernization and infrastructure reliability
• Drive Infrastructure-as-Code standards and multi-cloud consistency across AWS and GCP
• Provide technical leadership on architecture, reliability, and best practices; support incident response

Requirements

• At least 10 years as Staff SRE or senior infrastructure engineer supporting production at scale
• Strong expertise in AWS and GCP
• Experience with CI/CD infrastructure, deployment automation, Kubernetes operations
• Observability tools, monitoring, incident management
• Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience with AI-assisted tools
