What you will do
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives including commercial expansion, enterprise implementations, AI adoption, product launches, and operational transformations.
- Serve as a deployable operator to diagnose issues, design execution plans, and build scalable systems like processes, tools, and dashboards.
- Drive analytical insights from business data and present recommendations to inform leadership decisions.
- Translate goals into detailed plans with workstreams, owners, deliverables, and timelines while aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Commercial, and Operations.
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO and leadership, surfacing insights, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
- 5-8 years in consulting, BizOps at a tech company, or high-trust strategy/Chief of Staff role
- Understanding of value-based care, healthcare operations, and payer/provider dynamics
- Structured thinking, precise writing, synthesized communication, and ability to distill complex problems into actionable plans
- Experience driving complex multi-org initiatives to completion
- Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, building processes from scratch, and leading without positional authority
