Salary: $75,000-$90,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program design and delivery of tech-enabled social service initiatives, including project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management.
• Manage day-to-day operations of service delivery systems, including client screening, navigation, referrals, and CRM/data platforms.
• Drive user-centered design improvements for digital tools and workflows to ensure they are intuitive and effective for clients and providers.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution, manage stakeholders, facilitate vendor partnerships, and lead change management processes.
• Leverage data analytics, program evaluation, and community insights to identify opportunities, test solutions, and measure outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Human-Centered Design, Data Analytics, Urban Planning, or related (advanced degree preferred)
• 4+ years in program/project management, product operations, or service design, including tech-enabled programs (CRM, case management)
• Technical proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), CRM platforms, and translating needs into technical requirements
• Experience with nonprofit, government, or social impact organizations and social services systems (public benefits, housing, healthcare, etc.)
