What you will do

• Conduct detailed kick-off meetings with clients to determine business objectives for ATS project implementations.
• Perform SQL scripting, software configuration, and system setup for new clients.
• Configure and test interfaces to ensure seamless integration with existing client systems.
• Develop and deliver tailored formal training for administrators, operators, supervisors, and employees.
• Consult with clients on system optimization and implement best practices to maximize software functionality.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues and customize specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Kingwood, Texas.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project timelines and tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills for communicating technical information in a business context.

Nice to have

• Experience in system integration, HR, Talent Acquisition, or the computer industry.
• 1 to 4 years of experience implementing business software solutions.
• Previous experience in technical support or professional training.
