What you will do

• Assist attorneys with discovery preparation, including drafting, organizing, and reviewing legal documents.
• Support litigation proceedings by preparing pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and court filings.
• Manage case files and documentation using My Case software and Dropbox.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, opposing counsel, court staff, and clients.
• Track case deadlines to ensure timely completion of all litigation-related tasks.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal in U.S. law firms.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Must be based in Latin America and available during 9 am to 5 pm EST.
• Proven experience in discovery and litigation workflows.
• Ability to work independently and manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment.
