What you will do

• Assist on high-value, complex cases alongside experienced colleagues.
• Manage your own caseload of cross-border Personal Injury claims.
• Support with calculating special damages.
• Represent clients at hearings.
• Communicate directly with clients and witnesses.
• Undertake legal research and drafting.

Requirements

• Organised and able to manage competing priorities.
• Experienced in travel and tourism claims or personal injury claims.
• Produces accurate work with strong attention to detail.
• Works independently while also contributing to a team.
• Has an interest in developing knowledge of cross-border claims.
