Location: Remote (Must be based in the US; hubs in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and Los Angeles)
Salary: $65 – $90 per hour

What you will do
- Manage and triage incoming disputes, including demand letters, pre-litigation disputes, and arbitration threats.
- Draft and send initial responses to users following established templates and escalation protocols.
- Maintain and organize case tracking systems to ensure no matters are overlooked.
- Coordinate with Trust & Risk, Customer Experience, and Legal Operations to gather relevant documentation.
- Support Litigation Counsel by organizing records, summarizing communications, and tracking deadlines.
- Refine intake workflows and response playbooks using AI-driven tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of paralegal or legal support experience, preferably in litigation or high-volume disputes.
- Proven experience with demand letter intake and structured legal correspondence workflows.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to calibrate tone for sensitive situations.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage a large volume of simultaneous matters.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with legal matter management tools or case tracking systems.
- Experience with AI platforms such as GC AI, Claude CoWork, and Glean.
- Prior experience working at a tech company, marketplace, or fast-paced startup.
