What you will do

• Coordinate and manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and court filings.
• Organize and maintain case files, documents, and evidence in compliance with firm policies.
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations.
• Facilitate communication between attorneys, clients, and external parties.
• Assist in trial preparation and provide support during hearings.

Requirements

• Fluent in written and oral English and spoken Spanish.
• Proven experience as a paralegal or similar role within a law firm.
• Knowledge of litigation procedures, legal terminology, and court rules in New York.
• Proficiency in legal research, document management, and case management software.
• Must be available to work 9 am to 6 pm EST.
