What you will do

• Provide legal support for corporate matters for group entities across EU and non-EU jurisdictions.
• Manage corporate maintenance including board resolutions, powers of attorney, and constitutional amendments.
• Coordinate cross-border workstreams such as incorporations, liquidations, and reorganizations.
• Draft and maintain intra-group agreements, including service agreements and cost allocation arrangements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (tax, finance, HR) and manage external counsel and public authorities.
• Implement automation and AI tools to improve legal efficiency and knowledge management.

Requirements

• University degree in law (Bachelor's or higher).
• Post-graduate experience in corporate law within a multinational corporation or international law firm.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with legislative systems in the Netherlands, Cyprus, UAE, UK, Poland, or Israel.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, Polish, or Greek is an advantage.
