What you will do

• Own the full design process from problem framing and discovery to visual design, prototyping, and handoff.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and clinical teams to shape requirements and develop solutions.
• Design accessible, user-centered experiences for native mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
• Create detailed design specifications and flows that address edge cases, error states, and diverse user paths.
• Contribute to the design system to maintain consistency and quality across the product.
• Conduct user research and synthesize insights to inform actionable design decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2–4 years of experience in product or UX design, ideally within the health tech industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in visual design and the full product development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and creating vector-based illustrations.
• Solid foundation in interaction design and deep understanding of accessibility standards for mobile and web.

Nice to have

• Experience with photography sourcing and inclusive, on-brand imagery.
• Background in digital content design, editorial platforms, or content-forward products.
• Experience working in regulated or sensitive product spaces.
