What you will do

• Lead design vision and execution for payer experiences, aligning with product strategy and platform goals
• Partner with product and engineering to define roadmaps and translate regulatory requirements into workflows
• Design human-centered experiences for providers, payers, and internal teams
• Use AI tools and prototyping to explore problems, test assumptions, and iterate on flows
• Conduct user research to validate solutions and refine direction
• Develop scalable design systems and reusable patterns
• Collaborate with engineering for seamless prototype-to-production transitions
• Drive clarity in ambiguous spaces through discovery to launch

Requirements

• 8+ years in product design, with experience in complex systems, enterprise tools, or regulated environments
• Proven design for multi-stakeholder platforms balancing user needs, business goals, and regulations
• Strong portfolio of visual and interaction design in complex workflows
• Experience in ambiguous environments shaping problems and solutions
• Strong collaboration with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders
• Fluency with AI design tools like Claude, Cursor
• Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Strong communication to simplify complex systems
