What you will do
- Lead design vision and execution for payer experiences, aligning with product strategy and platform goals
- Partner with product and engineering to define roadmaps and translate regulatory requirements into workflows
- Design human-centered experiences for providers, payers, and internal teams
- Use AI tools and prototyping to explore problems, test assumptions, and iterate on flows
- Conduct user research to validate solutions and refine direction
- Develop scalable design systems and reusable patterns
- Collaborate with engineering for seamless prototype-to-production transitions
- Drive clarity in ambiguous spaces through discovery to launch
Requirements
- 8+ years in product design, with experience in complex systems, enterprise tools, or regulated environments
- Proven design for multi-stakeholder platforms balancing user needs, business goals, and regulations
- Strong portfolio of visual and interaction design in complex workflows
- Experience in ambiguous environments shaping problems and solutions
- Strong collaboration with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders
- Fluency with AI design tools like Claude, Cursor
- Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Strong communication to simplify complex systems
