What you will do

  • Perform daily quality audits for departments including Claims, Customer Service, New Business, Underwriting, and Policy Services.
  • Identify trends, process gaps, and areas for improvement through systematic audit findings.
  • Accurately record findings in Quality Audit databases and provide constructive feedback to leadership.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of the Quality Audit Program across multiple business units.
  • Collaborate across departments to support quality initiatives and ensure alignment with evolving compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in Quality Audit, Operations, Compliance, or a related role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
