Salary: $210,000 – $310,000 per year

What you will do
- Serve as the senior HRBP for Shared Development Studios, partnering directly with the SVP to drive the people agenda.
- Lead and scale an HRBP team, providing strategic guidance on organizational design and workforce planning.
- Act as the primary HR lead for labor relations, managing union representatives and interpreting collective bargaining agreements.
- Oversee global HR delivery across North America, Europe, and APAC, ensuring local compliance and cultural relevance.
- Drive performance evaluation, compensation planning, and talent management for a large, early-career workforce.
- Partner with People COEs to implement DEI strategies and internal mobility programs.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with at least 3 years at the Senior Director level supporting organizations of 1,000+ employees.
- Demonstrated experience in labor relations and working directly with unions (Required).
- Global HR experience across multiple regions, including North America and international markets.
- Experience supporting high-volume, early-career, or transactional workforces.
- Ability to operate as a senior strategic partner to executive leadership (SVP level and above).
- Expertise in org design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management.
