TL;DR

Commercial Account Executive (AI/Analytics): Driving net-new customer acquisition for an AI-powered analytics platform with an accent on outbound prospecting and value-based selling. Focus on leveraging generative AI to optimize the sales funnel, conducting high-impact product demos, and managing deal cycles for digital native accounts.

Location: Hybrid (US - Chicago). In-office expectation of 2-3 days per week

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year (base salary)

What you will do

  • Develop and manage a territory of Digital Native Commercial accounts to win net-new hirify.global customers.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound conversion, and AI-assisted lead prioritization.
  • Leverage generative AI and automation tools to personalize outreach and improve conversion across the sales funnel.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, translating AI-powered capabilities into clear business value.
  • Manage full deal cycles from initial engagement through closing for deals typically $50K+.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, insight-driven customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in a technology sales environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago office (Hybrid: 2-3 days/week).
  • Demonstrated AI literacy: hands-on experience using LLMs to automate tasks, conduct research, and improve work quality.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Exposure to BI, analytics, or data platforms.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling within Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Analytics markets.
  • Prior inside sales experience.
