What you will do

  • Support the team in handling portfolios, ensuring client loyalty, building relationships, and resolving dissatisfaction.
  • Drive customer engagement through onboarding, business reviews, adoption promotion, and out-of-the-box initiatives.
  • Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities, renegotiate contracts, and act as the voice of customers to product/operations teams.
  • Support acquisition by promoting the Key Account Management program and partnering with Sales.
  • Develop tools/resources, manage stakeholders, plan strategically, lead talent acquisition, and run renewal campaigns.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in customer-facing roles (Sales, Account Management) with C-level interactions
  • 3+ years managing/leading Sales or Account Management teams
  • Excellent track record as over-performer; experience with companies >300 employees
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced English (spoken/written)
  • Skilled negotiator, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, positive lobbying
  • Passionate about healthcare; based in or willing to relocate to Madrid/Barcelona
