What you will do
- Achieve total revenue and new business targets
- Identify key contacts in existing accounts for cross-selling and upselling
- Develop and implement account plans and contact strategies
- Understand client needs, proposition, market, and competitors
- Forecast monthly, manage client debt, and track retention/growth indicators
- Ensure strong client service, mitigate risks, and adhere to regulations
Requirements
- +10 years of experience in Sales
- Strong drive, self-motivation, and talent for long-term business partnerships
- Fluency in data, analytics, and business process management
- Highly commercial with strong negotiation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills
- Spanish/English C1
