Focus on recruiting and leading high-performing sales teams, navigating regulated enterprise environments, and establishing operational excellence for predictable revenue growth.

Location: Remote (United States). Not considering candidates residing in Alaska (AK), Delaware (DE), Iowa (IA), Mississippi (MS), Nebraska (NE), South Dakota (SD), West Virginia (WV), and Wisconsin (WI).

Salary: $191,250 - $273,000 (depending on region) plus commission.

What you will do

  • Lead the full revenue lifecycle across Employer, Healthcare, Sports, and Research segments.
  • Partner with executive leadership to refine GTM strategy, segmentation, and resource allocation.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage Enterprise Account Executives and the Corporate Sales organization.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements and structure multi-year agreements.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to design territories and establish forecasting rigor.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing $250K+ ACV deals.
  • Background in digital health, healthcare technology, employee wellbeing, or HR technology.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling sales organizations in high-growth environments.
  • Expertise navigating regulated environments, including data privacy, compliance, and procurement.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding AK, DE, IA, MS, NE, SD, WV, and WI).
