Salary: $140k–$190k (plus commission)

What you will do
- Develop and execute joint sales strategies, including market segmentation and lead generation initiatives.
- Enable and train partner sales teams on product features, technical specifications, and sales processes.
- Collaborate with marketing to create co-branded campaigns and events to promote offerings.
- Manage partner incentive programs and deal registration processes to drive revenue.
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure channel effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.
- 10+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the software industry.
- Proven experience working with ServiceNow as a partner and with their sales teams.
- Strong understanding of partner business models, ecosystems, and value-added reseller structures.
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and partner management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
