What you will do
- Recruit and onboard strategic tech partners to drive immediate pipeline and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute revenue-focused joint business plans with specific bookings targets and success metrics.
- Manage an annual revenue quota, overseeing partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive, product, and marketing teams to launch partnerships and prioritize integrations.
- Analyze partner performance metrics and conduct monthly business reviews to optimize productivity.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and maintain C-level relationships to secure strategic alignment.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of quota-carrying experience in channel sales or partner account management.
- Deep experience in the HCM (Human Resources technology) industry and an extensive professional network.
- Proven track record of managing annual quotas of $2M+ and achieving revenue targets.
- Expert-level proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA degree.
- Experience building partner programs from the ground up with measurable impact.
