What you will do

  • Recruit and onboard strategic tech partners to drive immediate pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute revenue-focused joint business plans with specific bookings targets and success metrics.
  • Manage an annual revenue quota, overseeing partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Collaborate with executive, product, and marketing teams to launch partnerships and prioritize integrations.
  • Analyze partner performance metrics and conduct monthly business reviews to optimize productivity.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and maintain C-level relationships to secure strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of quota-carrying experience in channel sales or partner account management.
  • Deep experience in the HCM (Human Resources technology) industry and an extensive professional network.
  • Proven track record of managing annual quotas of $2M+ and achieving revenue targets.
  • Expert-level proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA degree.
  • Experience building partner programs from the ground up with measurable impact.
