Location: Remote from US offices in Chicago IL, Brea CA, Austin TX, Princeton NJ
Salary: $110,000–150,000 base + OTE $165,000–225,000

What you will do
- Develop channel sales strategies, recruit and onboard new partners, and nurture existing relationships to maximize growth.
- Provide training, support, and performance feedback to partners; conduct regular business reviews.
- Build joint business plans with partners including goals, enablement, co-marketing, and investments.
- Analyze market coverage, recommend partner investments, and collaborate with marketing/product teams.
- Mentor junior executives, represent at events, and manage incentives with finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 7–10 years in channel/alliances with success growing large partners.
- Deep Product Stewardship expertise, joint business planning, forecasting, co-sell/co-market.
- Strong analytical skills for partner performance and market opportunity.
- Proficient with CRM/PRM tools and pipeline governance.
