What you will do
- Lead end-to-end forecasting for bookings, renewals, and retention across GTM functions.
- Design and manage territory, coverage, and quota models aligned with market opportunities and business priorities.
- Own pipeline reporting and GTM analytics to provide visibility into funnel performance, conversion rates, and rep productivity.
- Improve visibility into customer health, churn risk, and expansion opportunities in collaboration with CS and Services.
- Act as the senior business owner for CRM and the GTM systems ecosystem to ensure data quality and workflow automation.
- Lead and develop a high-performing RevOps team across analytics, systems, and planning.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops.
- Deep expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot), including reporting, process design, and data governance.
- Proven track record in forecasting, pipeline analytics, and GTM performance management.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to drive business recommendations.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-motion GTM strategies.
- Must be based in the United States (participation in E-Verify required).
Nice to have
- Experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology companies.
- Familiarity with marketplace, co-sell, and SI partner motions.
- Experience building RevOps functions in high-growth environments.
- Exposure to POC-driven sales models.
