What you will do
- Own day-to-day execution and optimization of paid campaigns across TikTok and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- Manage budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to achieve efficient acquisition based on CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals.
- Run high-volume creative testing in partnership with Social and Creative teams, iterating and scaling top performers.
- Analyze campaign performance, scaling winners and optimizing or pausing underperformers.
- Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, and Growth teams to enhance tracking, attribution, and full-funnel performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing, paid social, or growth marketing in B2C, D2C, or fintech
- Hands-on experience managing and scaling TikTok Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong analytical skills optimizing toward CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics
- Proven structured creative testing and translating insights into scalable strategies
- Cross-functional experience with analytics, product, and creative teams
