What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding, from gathering requirements to designing tailored solutions.
• Oversee the implementation lifecycle, coordinating with developers and designers to remove bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, managing communication, expectations, and escalations during onboarding.
• Manage project scope, including SOWs and Order Forms, ensuring successful enterprise configurations.
• Collaborate with product teams to drive UX/UI improvements based on client feedback and usage metrics.
• Champion platform enhancements to align the product with evolving client and business needs.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience onboarding customized enterprise software solutions.
• Proven project management skills, including timeline and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the wealth management industry is required.
• Must be based in Canada.
