What you will do

• Support the execution of investment onboarding and structuring for global hedge fund partnerships.
• Manage contract negotiations with hedge fund COOs, CFOs, and GCs in collaboration with internal legal and tax teams.
• Oversee project management for onboarding activities, ensuring robust pipeline tracking and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain and validate portfolio investment data, including legal entity information and investment terms.
• Coordinate management reporting and pipeline discussions to support senior-level decision-making.
• Participate in strategic platform initiatives, including the integration of AI tools into investment implementation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant coursework.
• Prior industry experience, preferably in alternative asset management or hedge fund operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight timelines.
