Salary: $169,000 - $245,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive the execution of transformational projects by applying finance and systems expertise.
• Influence hirify.global Finance's AI adoption strategy, defining how AI can be embedded into systems and workflows.
• Serve as the functional and technical owner of the financial planning platform (Pigment).
• Own the systems roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, resource deployment, UAT, and governance.
• Design and evolve a best-in-class systems architecture, optimizing data flows, integrations, and tooling.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to surface key KPIs and business insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Systems, roadmap execution or a related function.
• Strong technical skills with system design & implementation, AI automation, data architecture, integrations.
• Working knowledge of financial processes including O2C, P2P, FP&A, Accounting Ops, and close cycles.
• Strong project management instincts, with ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Clear, structured communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with SQL.
• Data science background.
• Experience managing consultants or external resources.
