TL;DR

Fund Reporting Associate / Assistant Vice President (Fintech): Preparing and distributing investor communications and fund-level reports for private equity and hedge funds with an accent on quantitative performance analysis and sponsor reporting. Focus on synthesizing complex financial data from underlying sponsors, coordinating compliance reviews, and managing investor communications for fund-of-funds and feeder funds.

Location: Hybrid (Salt Lake City, Utah). Must be in the office Monday-Thursday.

Salary: $80,000 – $110,000

What you will do

  • Prepare and review quarterly fund-level reporting for private equity, real estate, secondary, and credit fund-of-funds.
  • Extract and analyze quantitative performance data from underlying private equity sponsors for client updates.
  • Collaborate with administrators to verify data and understand fund valuation drivers.
  • Manage the distribution of reports and the drafting of capital call and distribution notices.
  • Review monthly hedge fund fact cards and coordinate valuation reviews with the team.
  • Act as a product specialist for relationship managers and clients regarding fund performance.

Requirements

  • 3-7+ years of experience in hedge funds, private equity, or private equity real estate.
  • Proven expertise in report writing, investor communications, and business writing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and presentation.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Salt Lake City office (Monday-Thursday).
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
