TL;DR

Salary: $150,000–$200,000

What you will do
- Build, maintain, and audit financial models for tax equity transactions, including partnership flip and T-flip structures.
- Prepare investment materials for the Investment Committee, focusing on transaction economics and risk analysis.
- Coordinate transaction structuring and execution in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Analyze sponsor financials and project contracts to identify key value drivers and risks.
- Integrate AI-enabled tools into daily modeling, diligence, and reporting workflows to increase efficiency.
- Support portfolio management and monitor project performance against underwriting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in renewable energy, structured finance, or infrastructure investing.
- Advanced Excel skills for building and navigating complex financial models.
- Basic familiarity with tax equity structures or a strong desire to learn them quickly.
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
- Willingness to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 79, and 63 certifications under company sponsorship.
Nice to have
- MBA or MS degree.
- Knowledge of IRS requirements, safe harbor tests, or recapture provisions.
- Proficiency in VBA or Python.
