Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: in-office collaboration required Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation.
  • Conduct deep discovery sessions and technical product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless prospect experience.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and revenue forecasting using Salesforce and Gong.
  • Execute innovative outbound selling motions to meet monthly self-sourced pipeline goals.
  • Stay updated on the competitive landscape to position win-based proposals effectively.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role, preferably in customer support or helpdesk software.
  • Professional fluency in English is required.
  • Proven track record of consistent overachievement against sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach and event-led selling.
  • Must be based in Dublin and able to work from the office three days per week.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and resourcefulness skills.
