What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation.
- Conduct deep discovery sessions and technical product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless prospect experience.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and revenue forecasting using Salesforce and Gong.
- Execute innovative outbound selling motions to meet monthly self-sourced pipeline goals.
- Stay updated on the competitive landscape to position win-based proposals effectively.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role, preferably in customer support or helpdesk software.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
- Proven track record of consistent overachievement against sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach and event-led selling.
- Must be based in Dublin and able to work from the office three days per week.
- Strong communication, organizational, and resourcefulness skills.
