What you will do

  • Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across benefits, UK & Ireland geographies, and use cases.
  • Own customer outcomes, retention, and activation for SMB/mid-market portfolio.
  • Act as trusted partner on benefits operations, platform usage, renewals, and churn prevention with Benefits and CX teams.
  • Build and maintain account plans covering goals, risks, health signals, timelines, and forecasting.
  • Manage account health, escalations, and coordinate resolutions across CX, Product, and Benefits.
  • Champion customer voice by turning feedback into insights for product priorities and CS standards.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a book of business in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales role.
  • Comfort with SMB/mid-market customers in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong commercial instincts for renewals, expansion, and value articulation.
  • Ability to navigate product, operations, and regulated environments.
  • Clear communication to build trust with customers and teams.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to build processes from scratch.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, HR tech, fintech, or regulated products.
