What you will do
- Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across benefits, UK & Ireland geographies, and use cases.
- Own customer outcomes, retention, and activation for SMB/mid-market portfolio.
- Act as trusted partner on benefits operations, platform usage, renewals, and churn prevention with Benefits and CX teams.
- Build and maintain account plans covering goals, risks, health signals, timelines, and forecasting.
- Manage account health, escalations, and coordinate resolutions across CX, Product, and Benefits.
- Champion customer voice by turning feedback into insights for product priorities and CS standards.
Requirements
- Experience managing a book of business in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales role.
- Comfort with SMB/mid-market customers in fast-moving environments.
- Strong commercial instincts for renewals, expansion, and value articulation.
- Ability to navigate product, operations, and regulated environments.
- Clear communication to build trust with customers and teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to build processes from scratch.
