Salary: $93,400 – $134,400

What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closing, including scope, schedule, and budget oversight.
• Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and clients to maintain high satisfaction.
• Develop project schedules and task lists for technicians to ensure timely completion.
• Perform field verification, coordinate drawings, and facilitate design reviews.
• Direct system programming, final checkout, and turnover to clients and service departments.
• Oversee systems integration projects to ensure they meet quality expectations and budget.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Northern VA / Washington DC region.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades or Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to project sites.

Nice to have

• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) credential.
• Knowledge of Lenel, Genetec, or Avigilon certifications.
