Salary: $165,000 - $187,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead development and execution of global demand generation strategy and campaigns calendar, uniting cross-functional teams.
• Design end-to-end campaign architecture including full-funnel content, channels, offers, and sales hand-offs.
• Build relationships and collaboration across product marketing, content, creative, digital, sales, and enablement teams.
• Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance; contribute to reports, dashboards, and business reviews.
• Own and allocate global demand generation budget aligned with ROI goals.
• Test new messaging and themes to build proven, ROI-focused playbooks.

Requirements

• 8+ years demand generation experience, 3+ years integrated campaigns; preferably B2B for CIO/IT leaders
• Hands-on with campaign infrastructure, full-funnel mix, budget ownership, and driving lead/pipeline growth
• Analytical skills for funnel diagnosis and executive reporting
• Diplomatic, collaborative leader fostering team cohesion and alignment
