What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of a global demand generation strategy and campaigns calendar.
- Design end-to-end campaign architecture, including the full-funnel content engine, channel strategies, and promotional offers.
- Develop trusted relationships and design for integrated collaboration across product marketing, content, creative, web, and digital teams.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Own and optimize a global demand generation budget, strategically allocating spend for hirify.global’s core campaigns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive demand generation experience, with at least 3 years of integrated campaign experience, preferably in designing B2B campaigns for CIO/IT leader personas.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing campaign infrastructure and a full-funnel demand generation mix, including budget ownership and cross-channel investment planning.
- Analytical fluency, comfortable diagnosing funnel health and building executive-ready reporting.
- Diplomatic, team-oriented leader with energy and collaboration skills.
