What you will do

• Lead global demand generation strategy and campaigns calendar, uniting cross-functional teams around core initiatives.
• Design end-to-end campaign architecture including content, channels, offers, and sales hand-offs.
• Build relationships and collaboration across product marketing, content, creative, digital, sales, and enablement.
• Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance with actionable reports and dashboards.
• Own and allocate global demand generation budget aligned with ROI goals.
• Test new messaging and themes to develop proven playbooks.

Requirements

• 8+ years demand generation experience, 3+ years integrated campaigns; B2B for CIO/IT leaders preferred
• Hands-on with campaign infrastructure, full-funnel mix, budget ownership, and pipeline growth.
• Analytical skills for funnel diagnosis and executive reporting.
• Diplomatic leadership for cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management.
