TL;DR

Salesforce Business Analyst (Salesforce): Bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver optimized Salesforce solutions with an accent on requirements gathering, process mapping, and multi-cloud implementation. Focus on conducting gap analysis, managing UAT, and ensuring system alignment with organizational goals.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid, 2-3 days on-site)

Compensation: $40–$50/hr

What you will do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct business gap analysis and align requirements with the Salesforce solution team.
  • Own the requirements lifecycle from end to end and provide clarity to architects and developers.
  • Validate solutions against business needs and Salesforce best practices.
  • Support UAT, triage defects, and conduct smoke testing for delivered solutions.
  • Prepare user guides and facilitate training sessions for end-users.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship
  • 12+ years in IT with at least 8 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst
  • Proven experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
  • Minimum two Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Admin and Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce data models, automation tools, and reporting

Nice to have

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Exposure to Data Governance and MDM practices
