What you will do

• Govern hardware and software products approaching or surpassing end-of-support (EoS).
• Manage and enhance ServiceNow functionality and utilize CMDB data to identify potential issues.
• Create and prioritize user stories, perform testing, and validate outcomes through UAT.
• Leverage Power BI and SQL for data analytics and reporting.
• Partner with Product Owners and technology teams to drive and track remediation plans.
• Develop concise PowerPoint materials for executive risk committees and governance reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
• Proficiency in writing user stories and participating in Scrum routines.
• Strong background in data analytics and policy governance.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to represent complex data in executive presentation formats.
• Must be located in or be able to work in Charlotte, North Carolina.
