What you will do

• Manage governance of EOS hardware/software products, ensuring ServiceNow functionality operates correctly and handling enhancements.
• Leverage CMDB data and Power BI to identify issues, partner with Product Owners and tech teams on remediation plans.
• Create, prioritize, and clarify user stories; perform testing, validation, and UAT.
• Follow up on at-risk items, escalate delays, and develop PowerPoint materials for executive, risk, and governance reporting.
• Consult on complex business execution initiatives with broad impact, analyzing multi-faceted challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning
• Experience writing/managing user stories, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, UAT
• Strong data analytics background, SQL proficiency, databases
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience, policy governance, risk processes
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Postman, RESTful APIs
• Stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, executive presentations
