What you will do
- Advise customers on solutions and build strong relationships through excellent service.
- Manage inbound leads and conduct professional follow-ups via email and phone.
- Perform online platform demos to showcase product features and benefits.
- Create and negotiate offers to successfully close deals.
- Identify upselling opportunities for active customers.
- A/B test sales approaches to optimize conversion rates.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer pain points.
- Comfortable using various technology platforms and tools.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure.
