What you will do
- Develop and execute commercial plans to drive membership sales and achieve growth targets.
- Manage the full lead-to-member journey across lifestyle memberships, dedicated desks, and private offices.
- Conduct onsite tours to convert interest and showcase the community value.
- Proactively drive membership renewals and collaborate on retention strategies.
- Lead monthly forecasting and reporting on conversion, churn, and pipeline health.
- Build long-term B2B relationships and partner with marketing on acquisition campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in coworking, hospitality, or membership clubs.
- Strong understanding of community dynamics and ability to maintain a diverse member mix.
- Advanced negotiation skills and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
- Fluent English proficiency; Dutch language skills are a significant advantage.
- Ability to work onsite in Amsterdam.
