Salary: $105,000 - $125,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary IT support and point of contact for a ~100-person distributed workforce.
• Manage network infrastructure, WAN lines, and physical security systems across 3 studio locations.
• Oversee the employee technology lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and SaaS access management.
• Administer and support 150+ macOS/iOS endpoints using Mosyle MDM.
• Develop and automate IT processes and documentation to improve scalability and simplicity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support SOC 2 readiness and overall security initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, systems administration, or endpoint management.
• Expertise with SaaS management platforms (e.g., Mosyle, Google Workspace).
• Proven experience administering macOS/iOS fleets at scale.
• Experience managing network infrastructure and physical security systems (e.g., ADT).
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in Minneapolis for a hybrid work arrangement.
