What you will do

• Handle escalated cross-portfolio support, adapting to company size and maturity for issues requiring judgment.
• Own full laptop lifecycle: procurement, provisioning, MDM enrollment, and endpoint management.
• Manage identity and access: onboarding/offboarding, RBAC, SSO, SCIM across JumpCloud and SaaS stack.
• Administer core platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, CrowdStrike, Halo ITSM, troubleshooting integrations.
• Build automations, scripts, documentation, and propose improvements for repetitive problems.
• Collaborate directly with founders, CEOs, and engineering teams on platform and DevOps issues.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in IT operations or systems support in SaaS environment
• Hands-on with identity platforms (JumpCloud, Okta, Azure AD), SSO (SAML, OAuth), SCIM, RBAC
• Support macOS (90%) and Windows endpoints in Mac environment
• Basic scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Use AI tools for troubleshooting, scripting, documentation
• Strong async written communication, self-direction, comfort in ambiguity

Nice to have

• Experience with CrowdStrike, Slack, Google Workspace, Halo ITSM
• M&A IT work: entity setup, migrations
• Supporting multiple companies or clients
