Key Account Director (SaaS): Leading growth within a set of ’s most important enterprise accounts with an accent on strategic account expansion and multi-threaded enterprise engagement. Focus on designing tailored value propositions, driving adoption of API platform solutions at scale, and engaging senior technology leaders.
Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the San Francisco Bay area)
Salary: $375,000 - $420,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, including Fortune 500 and cloud-first companies.
- Engage senior buyers such as CIOs, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering to position as a critical platform solution.
- Drive multi-threaded sales campaigns to expand existing usage and convert developer adoption into enterprise-wide value.
- Lead complex solution sales cycles across collaboration, security, API governance, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Design tailored value propositions that demonstrate ROI and impact at scale.
- Orchestrate cross-functional engagement with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to maximize customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience with a track record in strategic account management and expansion.
- Experience selling technical platform products, such as developer tools, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or security solutions.
- Proven success in solution selling and driving multi-million dollar expansion deals.
- Ability to navigate large, complex organizations with thousands of users and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- Must be based in the San Francisco Bay area to visit customers and attend the office a few times a week.
