Strategic Partnerships Lead (AI): Architecting and owning the strategic partnerships function across AI labs, cloud hyperscalers, and SDLC platform partners with an accent on 0-to-1 growth and ecosystem integration. Focus on driving co-sell motions, building high-impact AI model lab relationships, and scaling a partnership team from scratch.
Location: Must be based in San Francisco (SoMa) and work in-office 5 days/week. Relocation support available.
Salary: $220,000 – $240,000 base + meaningful equity

What you will do
- Architect and own the 90-day and 6-month partnership roadmaps across all current strategic partners.
- Build partnerships with AI model labs for post-training, data evaluations, and collaborative research.
- Drive deep co-sell and co-build motions with cloud hyperscalers tied to enterprise modernization.
- Extend the product through strategic integrations across the full software development lifecycle.
- Operate cross-functionally with product, engineering, GTM, legal, and finance teams.
- Define the partnership strategy and eventually scale a team to execute it.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of B2B enterprise SaaS strategic partnerships experience.
- Proven ability to build partnerships from scratch at a high-growth startup or top-tier tech company.
- Fluency in AI lab relationships, cloud co-sell motions, and SDLC integrations.
- Ability to work in-office 5 days/week in San Francisco (SoMa).
- Strong executive presence and ability to operate at the C-suite level.
