What you will do

  • Develop core value propositions and messaging frameworks that translate AI capabilities into business value for radiologists and pathologists.
  • Design world-class sales enablement programs, including battle cards, sales narratives, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Lead cross-functional product launch planning across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Clinical teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the medical AI landscape.
  • Partner with Product and Research teams to ensure market insights drive the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Growth Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 6 years specifically in product marketing roles.
  • Proven track record in B2B healthcare technology, preferably enterprise software for providers.
  • Expert storytelling and content creation abilities with experience building robust enablement programs.
  • Demonstrable quantifiable impact on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Experience driving results in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing enterprise software specifically to physicians, radiologists, or pathologists.
  • Background in AI/ML product marketing or emerging technology sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare industry clinical workflows and regulatory environments.
  • Account-based marketing (ABM) experience for healthcare enterprise sales.
  • MBA from a top-tier business school.
