What you will do

• Maintain corporate entity "Good Standing" across the US and Canada.
• Monitor intellectual property and execute cease-and-desist workflows to protect the brand.
• Investigate complex consumer escalations and lead compliance training initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to implement systemic compliance and process improvements.
• Lead operational compliance audits to ensure regulatory excellence.
• Automate manual legal tasks using AI and low-code tools to build scalable workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Proven track record of extreme resourcefulness and a "driver" mindset.
• Strong interest in using AI and technology to optimize legal workflows.
• High attention to detail with a "zero-error" mentality for filings and audits.
• Ability to operate with urgency and ownership in a high-performance startup environment.
