What you will do

• Plan and coordinate practice-led events, including managing RSVP tracking and follow-up activities.
• Execute and coordinate the overall marketing strategy for the practice.
• Manage and oversee all practice social media presence.
• Update and maintain CRM systems with client contact and preference information.
• Interface with contacts to coordinate meetings, mailings, and other professional communications.
• Provide administrative support to the lead advisor, including handling incoming calls and maintaining mailing lists.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or marketing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to represent the organization professionally with external clients and outside organizations.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and FBI fingerprinting process.
