What you will do

• Partner with Insurance Solutions and Dorsey Wright teams to develop and execute marketing plans.
• Lead marketing activations including content creation, webinars, events, and partner communications.
• Act as a consultative marketing resource to insurance partners to help achieve business goals.
• Manage campaign execution using Marketo and Monday.com to ensure flawless delivery.
• Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics to optimize future strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in financial services, insurance, or investment products.
• Strong understanding of institutional and intermediary audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Clear communication skills with experience partnering across sales, product, and marketing teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
• Experience planning and executing webinars, events, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Knowledge of the insurance or advisor ecosystem and index-based investment solutions.
