Salary: $79,000 - $138,000

What you will do
- Partner with Insurance Solutions and Dorsey Wright teams to develop and execute marketing plans.
- Lead marketing activations including content creation, webinars, events, and partner communications.
- Act as a consultative marketing resource to insurance partners to help achieve business goals.
- Manage campaign execution using Marketo and Monday.com to ensure flawless delivery.
- Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics to optimize future strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in financial services, insurance, or investment products.
- Strong understanding of institutional and intermediary audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Clear communication skills with experience partnering across sales, product, and marketing teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
- Experience planning and executing webinars, events, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Knowledge of the insurance or advisor ecosystem and index-based investment solutions.
